为深入贯彻党的二十届四中全会提出加快经济社会发展全面绿色转型，建设美丽中国的要求，牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念，以碳达峰碳中和为牵引，增强绿色发展动能。深度融合高校、政府、企业与社会资源推进教科人一体化发展，强化青年绿色低碳发展意识，培养绿色低碳创新实践能力，为绿色低碳技术创新、绿色低碳产业发展和绿色低碳教育改革提供交流平台。由中国循环经济协会、浙江省大学生科技竞赛委员会等单位指导，浙江科技大学、比利时根特大学、浙江省循环经济学会共同举办第三届青年绿色低碳创新发展国际会议定于2025年12月7日在浙江省杭州市召开。现将有关事宜通知如下：

To thoroughly implement the requirements of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee—accelerating the comprehensive green transition of economic and social development and building a Beautiful China—we will firmly uphold and practice the concept that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets". With the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality as the driving force, we will boost momentum for green development. By deeply integrating resources from universities, governments, enterprises and society, we will promote the integrated development of education, science and talent, strengthen youth awareness of green and low-carbon development, and cultivate their innovative practical capabilities in this field. This initiative aims to provide an exchange platform for green and low-carbon technological innovation, industrial development and education reform. Guided by the China Association of Circular Economy, the Zhejiang Provincial Committee for College Students' Science and Technology Competitions and other institutions, the 3rd Youth International Conference for Green and Low-Carbon Innovation and Development will be co-hosted by Zhejiang University of Science and Technology，Ghent University（Belgium）and the Zhejiang Circulation Economics Association. It is scheduled for December 7, 2025 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

To ensure the efficient organization of the conference, this conference will adopt a "combination of online and offline formats, with offline as the main focus". A live broadcast of the conference will be simultaneously streamed via the WeChat Channel of the National College Students Low-Carbon Technology Innovation Competition. 七、会议报名 Conference Registration

与会人员请于11月30日前，扫码填报报名信息，交通食宿自理。
